It covered how change is happening in HR, how HR is always in the forefront to adopt change and how HR is transforming. And why Digital HR transformation is important and how AI is the way forward. Passionate towards sustainability and sustainable causes, and why sustainability is an important element to an organization, society & the world. 19+ years of working in various industries like Oil & Gas, Telco, Government, Ministries, Airlines, Logistics, Hospitality, Services, Plantation, HR, Media, Sports, Construction, Safety, Biotech, Medical, Education, Trainings etc. Proud to be part of Maxis Digital Transformation Strategy. Assisted Maxis to digitize and transform their end to end process for MCMC – WiFi Rollout Project, and Fibre Rollout Project. Which resulted in more efficient process, digitization of workflow, time and cost saving. Proud to have delivered with INTEGRIO, national projects for Malaysia.

• TripleHelix Portal – Launched by Malaysia’s PM during BioMalaysia and is an initiative by Malaysian Biotechnology Corporation to enhance the life sciences industry in Malaysia.
• MyIdeas Portal – An Idea Bank launched by PM of Malaysia. And initiated by the Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation (MOSTI). Strategic collaboration with MIMOS. Its aim is to encourage Malaysians to contribute ideas that benefit the nation, and to convert these ideas into best practices to improve the society and the overall Malaysian Life.
